Trump has a lot on his plate. And it doesn't help when radical judges throw a monkey wrench into everything Trump and Americans want to accomplish. Like getting rid of illegal immigrants who thumb their nose at us, and commit unconscionable crimes while in our country.

This week, Obama-appointed (emphasis on Obama) U.S. District Court Judge Judith Levy, let a 30-year-old illegal, Edys Renan Membreno Diaz of Honduras, avoid an additional 19-month sentence for violating federal immigration law, after being deported seven times, and then re-entering.

Diaz was arrested in 2022 for raping and sodomizing a woman disabled with cerebral palsy. He was sentenced to six to fifteen years.

Handing down the latest sentence, Judge Levy felt constrained to say, "I commend you for supporting your family, for expressing your devotion to them, and for working here in the United States in jobs that Americans apparently do not want to work in (!), and certainly not for the wages that were undoubtedly abusive of your work for them."

There's another judge now on trial for allowing an illegal to avoid ICE agents in her courtroom, by showing him out a side door. Milwauee County Circut Judge Hannah Dugan was shocked when she was arrested. She's now on trial for obstruction and concealing a person to avoid arrest in 2025.

It would be nice if Judge Levy would face a similar fate.
