There's so much we don't know, about people who meet and determine our lives without our say so. Klaus Schwab, Chairman of the World Economic Forum, resigned because of financial and ethical misconduct. Claims included that Schwab made subordinates withdraw thousands of dollars from ATMs and used WEF funds for massages in hotels.
The new guy is Peter Brabeck-Latmathe, who is WEF's vice chair, and former CEO of Nestle.
He wants to ration water! He thinks water may be a "right," but not for watering lawns, washing cars. And there may even be a limit on how much water each of us deserves.
He, like Schwab, has a German accent. Where do these guys come from? How are they heads of organizations that we are told can tell us what to do? Why do they have any power over what we do in the United States? Did we join something?I'm confused. And now I want a glass of water...
