It was like shooting fish in a barrel a couple of days ago when Bill Clinton croaked, "I never saw cognitive decline in Joe Biden." So what's the next line? I'll say it, but it's too easy. "I never had sexual relations with that woman. Miss Lewinsky."

Democrats can't help themselves. They either are writing books to throw Joe under the bus, like Jake Tapper, or are defending themselves saying they didn't know, didn't see, couldn't report. It seems the first reqirement to be a Democrat politician is that you lie like a rug.

It's sad that a man who is as sick as Joe has been for a long time, is treated the way he has been. But you cannot feel sorry for him, because his family didn't, trotting him out like a freak in Barnum and Bailey's side show.

And now Americans have to clean up the mess Joe left behind.
