The only thing worse than a liberal if you're a conservative, is a liberal Justice of the Supreme Court who's stupid.
And that's Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson in a nutshell. Before she was a justice in the Supremes, she couldn't answer questions Sen. Kennedy posed to her during her confirmationn hearing, indicationg a general lack of legal knowledge.
In a recent ruling on universal injunctions she insisted that President Trump did not have executive powers that trumped the powers of the courts, seemingly unaware of the Separaton of Powers. Justice Amy Coney Barrett was appalled, and didn't vote with her liberal colleagues, for once.
Barrett said that Jackson's opinion "is at odds with more than two centuries' worth of precedent, not to mention the Constitution itself." Translated: Jackson Brown is an idiot. But then we knew that when she couldn't tell Sen. Marsha Blackburn what a woman was, because she wasn't a biologist.
And, just think. She'll be on the bench for the rest of her life. Thanks, Joe!
