There are those who run toward the fire. There are those who run away. We've been blessed to have remarkable men who were there when we needed them, when we declared freedom from England.

Thank God for these brave men. It gave us a country that is second to none. Suppose, just suppose, we had men like Jimmy Kimmel back then. He's an acquired taste, and he's not one of mine. His whole life has been about being a snarky comedian who isn't funny.

Now, because he saw Colbert get the heave ho, he doesn't have the brains to read the room, and see he and Colbert aren't cutting the comedy mustard, and he needs to clean up his act.

But he doesn't. Instead he says he's gonna' go live in Italy. So I say, "Nice. You don't respect your craft enough to defend it. You're not motivated to grow and change. It's clear you don't appreciate your country and the opportunities your country gave you to be successful, so you just decide to leave.

"Okay. Fine. We've come to expect it of your type. So, I say, just like with Ellen and Rosie, Don't let the door hit you in the butt."
