We Gotta' Just Say No

“Some problems are so complex that you have to be highly intelligent and well-informed just to be undecided about them.” Laurence J. Peter, Creator of the Peter Principle

“White” is getting a bad rap nowadays. White bread is scorned. Whole grain is praised.

And then there’s White Privilege. It’s become the Eighth Deadly Sin, along with Pride, Greed, Lust, Envy, Gluttony, Wrath and Sloth.

These sins haven’t been discussed in a long time, but happily we have the Democrat Party to keep them alive.

All the Excessives: Excessive belief in oneself, Desire for material wealth, Desire for sexual gratification, Jealousy towards other’s success or possessions, Overconsumption of, you name it, Intense and uncontrolled Anger, and Avoidance of duty.

Sound familiar?

Vote Democrat and you get them all in one tidy package.

But you don’t have to be a member of a certain Party to recognize Something’s Not Quite Right today.

Once upon a time doing your job was something you just did. Your kid learning Reading, Writing and Arithmetic at school was a given.

And, as Robert Burns wrote, “A Man’s a Man for a’ That…” and not a woman.

But not now. Not for a while.

We have to adopt Nancy Reagan’s “Just Say No,”  and say that to those who don’t like America. The people who love to be superior in making others feel guilty about themselves.

Especially about being White.

That includes members of Congress. Those in the Halls of Academia. And the media outlets that effectuate their policies.

It’s toxic stuff. And they are in a positon to implement all of it.

Rep. Ocasio-Cortez would rather go to the Met Gala in violation of House rules than do her job. Because work is hard.

Rep. Swalwell decided to pump iron like a girl, online, and blame the GOP for why he isn’t going to work.

The Republicans “sent us home because they would rather stand up for Donald Trump than release the Epstein files and stand up for victims,” he said.

And this week Rep. Tliab took to Facebook to bang a pot, with a spoon, in front of Congress, in support of Palestine.

We’ve seen similar unsettling behavior from the women in academia.

We saw them testify in Congress.

University of Pennsylvania President Liz Magill. Claudine Gay, president of Harvard. Columbia President Minouche Shafik.

They all had to resign because they allowed anti-Semitism and support for Hamas to go unchecked in the management of their universities.

And were unrepentant about it.

The Whiteness Privilege craze can be credited to women I would describe as cat women, with apologies to cats.

Who are these people? I didn’t know them 'til I researched. But they have influence and, I do know they are prominent among those who like to analyze flaws of our country that may or may not exist.

Like White Privilege.

Peggy McIntosh, a former associate director of Wellesley Centers for Women, started the Whiteness Nall rolling, and is credited with coining the term “White Privilege” in the late 1980s.

“I think whites are carefully taught not to recognize white privilege, as males are taught not to recognize male privilege,” she said.

Robin D’Angelo, an author and teacher at the University of Washington, whose field is “Whiteness Studies,” wrote in What Does It Mean to Be White, “White is an identity of false superiority.

“In order to construct this perfect world, blacks must be separated and held away through state violence, but still must exist, for the existence of blacks provides the needed Other against which whites rise,” she added.

Paula Rosenberg was a senior fellow at City University of New York.

She concentrated on race, class and gender bias, and “the ways in which many white people’s unwavering belief in their own good intentions, leaves them blind to their societal privilege and their role in perpetuating class indifference.

Of course, there’s Obram X. Kendi, who became the darling of the Left with his book How to be an Antiracist.”  And all you really have to know is that Prince Harry questioned his privilege to know the theory has holes in it.

They are all selling the kind of dangerous, propaganda like what we were fed from Dr. Anthony Fauci.

And you notice, no black elected official ever mentions Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. anymore.

Because he was a man who wanted the white and black child to walk hand in hand.

Hold the line, America. Stay strong, Patriots.
