If it’s good enough for Benedict Arnold, it’s good enough for Joe.

But nobody has said “Joe” and “Treason” in the same sentence for the longest time. And they should. Treason is so treasonous. And it’s easy to spot.

It manifests as betrayal of one’s country.

Like Joe’s administration spending money on bad things. Or taking money from U.S. enemies. All of which adds up to “giving aid and comfort to the enemy.”

A bunch of money went missing from government coffers, $55 billion dollars so far, but Joe’s name and the word “Indictment” have not come up, either. The way it would if you or I walked off with a couple of million.

I know. It’s early days. It will all shake out. I have faith in Trump and Musk that it will.

But while it was moderately amusing to see what we taxpayers have been paying for, that we didn’t know we were paying for, it is also a shocking example of greed and betrayal.

Millions of ill-spent moneys were uncovered by the Department of Government Efficiency. The President and Elon Musk then came up with the idea of returning taxpayer money to the taxpayers.

What is concerning in all of this, is that some conservatives are betwixt and between about whether that is what should be done with the “found money.”

Late night talk show host Greg Gutfeld said he “was on the fence” about giving out $5,000 checks to taxpayers. I like him, but I disagree. He's not really in our shoes, is he? And there are some who feel the money should be used to pay down the national debt. Now.

But that would, I think, be rewarding one more group of people for not doing the job. In Congress. In the myriad number of bureaucratic departments.

U.S. taxpayers are like shareholders. These “shareholders” paid taxes to people they elected, who were paid to perform their fiduciary duty. And, like so many others, they did not do their job.

They were to be responsible in regard to how taxpayer money was used.

And to pay down debt.

Both of which they were supposed to do from the beginning.

But which they did not.

The result is that some are throwing a temper tantrum. And we know why.

It’s the same reason Ukraine President Zelensky threw a tantrum after President Trump suggested that Ukraine pay back the $350 billion dollars Joe Biden paid to Ukraine to fight the war with Russia, money for which neither Joe nor Zelensky can account.

They plain don't know where it all went. Given Zelensky's story with Joe, and Joe's relationship to money, we know where it went.

Because, as Trump phrased it, Zelensky was afraid the gravy train was going to end.

Just like those who have had to return to work in D.C., and are afraid that their ride is over.

On the Gravy Train taxpayers paid for through the nose.

Hold the line, America.
Stay strong, Patriots
