“I used to work in a fire hydrant factory. You couldn’t park anywhere near the place.” Steven Wright

If you’re miffed (that’s a polite word for “pissed”) that Somalians were using your tax money to fund their very own terrorists, like Al Shabaab back home there in Somalia, and to buy luxury cars and pricey real estate, you should be.
These people came here as “refugees.” As guests.
They weren’t interested in fixing their own corrupt country. (Somalia is the second most corrupt country in the world.) Instead, they came here, and while here, used our country’s freedoms to rob us blind.
“Some people did something” in Minnesota, to paraphrase Somalian-born, America-hating Rep. Ilhan Omar when she spoke at a CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) event in 2019, referring to 9/11.
(CAIR has been declared a terrorist group in Florida and Texas.)
You betcha’ Somalians did something. These ingrates got caught with their hands in the cookie jar, and stole billions of dollars. And that was just at last count.
These grifters may not speak the language, but they know how to turn a buck.
Having their governor, China-Loving Tim Walz, and their district representative in Congress, Squad Member Ilhan Omar, made it a walk in the park.
They bilked the government out of funds for hungry children, the autistic, and disabled, by filing phony claims. And neither Omar nor Walz claimed to have noticed.
In August, a Minnesota resident, Salim Ahmed Said was found guilty of stealing over $12 million dollars, for claiming to have served 3.9 million ‘phantom’ meals in his Safari Restaurant.
It was in the Safari Restaurant that Omar held her 2018 congressional victory party.
And there were selfies.
Prosecutors reported Said spent the money on a $2-million-dollar mansion, and $9,000-a-month shopping trips to Nordstrom.
While Omar denies any knowledge of the Somali scandal, funding for free meals was the result of the 2020 Meals Act, introduced by Omar.
Walz, when asked, defends the criminals. “Instead of demonizing our Somali community, we’re going to do more to welcome more in,” he said angrily at a fundraiser for Washington state Gov. Bob Ferguson.
And he avoids commenting on what he knew and when he knew it.
Workers at the Minnesota Department of Human Services say they know what he knew, and when he knew it.
In an X post, they blamed Walz for allowing the fraud, and for retaliation against whistleblowers.
“Tim Walz is 100 percent responsible for massive fraud in Minnesota. We let him know of fraud early on, hoping for a partnership in stopping fraud, but no, we got the opposite response,” they wrote.
“Tim Walz systematically retaliated against whistleblowers,” they charged, “using monitoring, threats, repression and did his best to discredit fraud reports.”
Thus far, the Justice Department prosecuted the 78th defendant in the “Feeding Our Future” fraud scheme, with 59 convictions. This is just one of the fraudulant cases being investigated.
So when you mull it over, aren’t you glad Tim isn’t anywhere near the White House?
Not only is he not an “America First” guy.
With apologies to Garth Brooks, he has too many Friends in Low Places.
Hold the line, America. Stay strong, Patriots
