In the Old West, news was precious. The first thing settlers did after they settled, was to start a newspaper. That was when news was news. Today it's reality tv.  

We sneer that the liberal media and Democrats have a daily word that they all repeat. But on conservative outlets, if you've noticed, there are five stories, tops, that each host covers, on each news program. How is this different from the stuff MSNBC and others hand out as breaking news?

It isn't. It's enough to make you stop watching and listening and being interested in being informed.. Maybe that 's the whole point.
