It's bad news when it doesn't even register that things are bad. Last week I bought a lipstick, and found I needed an associate to unlock the lipstick case, and then had the retrieved lipstick placed in a locked plastic case to take to check out. In a nice, local CVS, a family member saw a woman leave the store with items taken from the store. The manager and associate stood there and did nothing. The thief simply walked away.
