I don't know how it works with DEI. In the Federal Aviation Administration, depressed, disabled, dwarves and others are encouraged to apply for employment.
In fact, it was reported that a DEI activist at the FAA offered minority air traffic candidates an opportunity cheat on an entry exam.
But confusingly, in the movie Snow White, dwarves were snubbed. Dwarves weren't hired to play dwarves. How does this happen?
Obviously dwarves are upset.
Dwarf actress Ali Chapman said, "We've been totally shut out, but we're not gong down quietly. It's hard enough in Hollywood . Everyone's trying to make their dreams come true. When you're a little person, opportunities are few and far between. I was born to play Dopey."
