President Trump will be inaugurated on Monday, and it's possible that bureaucrats like
FEMA administrator Deanne Criswell might be riding off into the sunset, or am I just hoping?

On Sunday's State of the Union, Criswell praised the response to the wildfires in California, (!!), and then told host Jake Tapper the fires were causesd by Climate Change.

Jake agreed. "You just touched on something we're hearing from a lot of survivors of these fires, (!!) which is this idea that this is just the new world we're living in due to the climate crisis, extreme heat, prolonged droughts, hurricane force, Santa Ana winds..." (Winds that have been predictably blowing since California was California.)

Jake didn't explain how Climate Change emptied fire hydrants in California, or how Climate Change caused reservoirs to go unrepaired, so that there was no water there either.

That little dickens Criswell then continued, tipping her Climate Change hand. (The death of private property.)

"As we have these tragedies, we also have to make sure that we're taking this as an opportunity to rebuild these communities in a way that's going to make them more resilient against these types of disasters."

Resilient like no private property-type homes. And cheap real estate deals, since the state drove out insurance companies, resulting in no homeowners insurance in the state.

This is very similar to the fires in Maui, where homes were also destroyed. There has been no updates about that, even though Barack and Oprah live there. Isn't that strange? Or maybe not.

Hang tough.
