Liberals live in a different world than the rest of us, and can't accept the fact that we don't want to move in with them.
The night Donald Trump won the election, George Stephanopoulos' daughter screamed, "No abortions!" At least that's what his wife told the gals on The View.
The kid is 14. And, no, she wasn't protesting against abortion. She was grieving at the loss of abortion in her future. At 14.
Jeepers.
And she wasn't alone. On election night, a comedian babe on the Colbert Show actually urged women, "Get your abortions now!" before it was too late.
Hillary's loss hit them hard. Liberal broadcasters shed bitter tears. On the air. And, to a man, they asked, "How did this happen?" meaning, "Why didn't we get our way?" and "How is it that people who vote, can elect the president they want?"
Apparently the American electoral system is a novel concept for the Left, for Chris Matthews, the Morning Joe gal, Rachel Maddow, Martha Raddatz, et al.
They can't understand why, despite their best efforts, and Wasserman Schultz and Brazile doing their best, cheerleading and cheating for Hillary, Hillary still lost.
For them, that is a novel concept.
"Something must be done!" they cried, and Every Ready Hollywood Elites sprang into action.
Hanoi Jane joined with other faded stars to organize a "Love-a-Thon." She arranged for it to air during the Trump Inauguration, specifically to insult and endanger our new president, reprising her Vietnam Tank Caper, where she insulted our military and placed them in harm's way.
"Norma Rae Sally" gathered up a few other out-of-work actors and made a Sheen-like video, imploring, no, demanding, Congress "stop Trump," "block his nominees," and "defeat anything that violates our core..." Their core...
They signed it, "The Majority of the American people."
Cheeky.
And Born to Run Springsteen told his fans that he was "scared," "disgusted," and "doubtful" about Trump's competence to be president.
Funny, Boss. That's how The Deplorables felt for eight years, but not about The Donald.
Liberals buy anything Obama is selling, including his pitiful, Rose-Colored-Glasses Legacy Tour, in which he denies anything bad every happened on his watch, or if it did, he says, "It wasn't me."
As Charles Krauthammer put it, "Obama is delusional."
And yet, it was all there, in plain sight.
"This guy spent money like a drunken sailor," taxpayers moaned, wringing their work-worn hands. "And what has he got to show for it?"
"Forget the $85 million spent on vacations," they said. "That's a spit in the ocean compared to the $825 billion he spent on the Stimulus, $35.2 billion in government loans to Green Companies that went belly up, and $3 billion spent on Cash for Clunkers.
Yes, even though Obama is telling Americans that things are fine in his many, many Farewell Speeches, non-Liberals know they are not.
Obamacare premiums rose 116 percent in Arizona; Obama's hometown is ravaged by unchecked crime; deplorable conditions exist in American cities like Detroit, governed by do-nothing Democratic mayors; and the slick stunt Obama pulled, blatantly encouraging illegal immigrants and Syrian "refugees" to come into our country and stay, without anyone's approval, then making the American people foot the bill, was beyond reprehensible, or legal.
Liberals don't live in the same world the rest of us do.
So when Sally and her friends talked to Congress about maligned and neglected immigrants, they didn't mention the word "illegal," because in their Liberal world, the law is a now and then thing.
The Constitution and U.S. laws are there to make their book deals and movie contracts, then are ignored when it cramps their style.
Like election laws when Hillary didn't win.
There is, however, light at the end of the tunnel.
Liberals may not be bouncing back so easily, that's true. But this might make them bounce. Hillary is considering a move to Gracie Mansion after a run for mayor of New York!
This could wipe away Hillary's tears and give her and Bill something to keep them busy.
The question is: Do you think it will keep Liberals happy?
