Who loves The Baby more? Who would rather give it up than cut it in half?
Not Nancy Pelosi. Not Jerry Nadler.
And certainly not Ilhan Omar.
This new breed of politician loves Socialism, hates capitalism, and ignores terrorism that is being cultivated in Muslim schoolchildren, where the tots sing songs about lopping off Jewish heads. For Allah.
In our country. In Philadelphia.
What these elected officials are doing to this country isn't pretty.
They swore to "Support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic," and are the ones who should be protecting the Constitution most.
Instead they are the ones bent on destroying it.
Like Bernie, they praise the "This Land is My Land" poverty he found in Russia, and frown at the prosperity that is America.
The lowest unemployment figure in 50 years, a Trump-Bumped stock market, balanced trade, and secure borders? They ignore these, because, like Barack Obama, they want America's best days to be behind her;
They want America's decline to be the "new normal;"
And they believed it when Obama said vanishing manufacturing jobs would never return without a "magic wand."
Most of the are running for president, and don't believe in America's exceptionalism.
"Our current president said we could find greatness by just stopping the clock, and turning it back, and making America great again," presidential hopeful Pete Buttigieg said.
"When the past he is promising to return to us was never as great as advertised."
Obama, the first black president, and Eric Holder, the first black attorney general always believed that. That America wasn't that hot.
And recently Holder surfaced long enough to say America's greatness "Never in fact really existed."
Mayor Pete never tires of telling us he's gay, even though we wish he'd stop. But he doesn't.
And he refuses to give credit to the country which allowed him to, as they say, love who he wants to love.
Instead, he is conducting a vitriolic bid for the Oval Office, for some reason attacking Vice President Mike Pence and President Trump. On religious grounds.
Pete says Trump is the "diametric opposite" of a devout Christian.
He accuses Pence of ceasing to believe in Scripture as the "cheerleader of the porn-star presidency," and objects to the Veep's belief in traditional marriage.
Employing typical Liberal logic, he said on NBC's "Today" show, "It's important that we stop seeing religion used as a kind of cudgel as if God belonged to a political party."
He added, "If God did (have a political party), I can't imagine it would be the one that sent the current president into the White House."
Maybe it's a matter of perspective. About black Americans. About gay Americans. About America.
Maybe it should be about what the rest of the world does, compared to America. To black citizens on the slavery auction block in South Africa. To gays. In Muslim countries. Like Iran.
But they'd rather blame Trump, and this time they're right. His election exposed them all, as the Swamp Dwellers that they are.
And they just want him to go away.
Rep. Al Green (D-TX) told MSNBC this week that he is "concerned if we don't impeach this president, he will get re-elected."
Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) told the audience at Cornell University's Institute of Politics and Global Affairs this week,
"We cannot accept a second term for Donald Trump if we are going to be faithful to our democracy and to the Constitution of the United States.
"So we have to operate on many fronts. We have to operate in the Congress, in the courts, and in the court of public opinion, and we must win the next election."
But she said nothing about "operating" within the framework of free and fair elections to elect a candidate that the people choose.
But we know what she means.
Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee Nadler (D-NY) will harass Attorney General William Barr to prevent him from investigating Obama's Deep State scandal.
Democrats will kick formerly revered Special Counsel Mueller to the curb.
Inspector General Horowitz' report on FISA abuses will, like the Mueller Report, be contested if it doesn't say what they want it to say.
And U.S. Attorney John Huber's investigation into the FBI's surveillance of Donald Trump, and Hillary's ties to the sale of U.S. uranium to Russia, will also be challenged.
They have a lot to lose. They will try to put everyone who opposes them behind bars, Barr, Trump, now Secretary of the Treasury Mnuchin.
It's the only way they can win.
But they should know, if they do, they'll have to come through us first.
