Kids have a Summer Reading List, so why not Conservatives?
The List would be called "The Zuckerberg Conservative Green Book." It would include voices banned by Facebook.
Paul Joseph Watson. Tommy Robinson. Brigitte Gabriel. And others.
Facebook has dubbed these people "Hate Agents."
Read them. Watch their videos. Because if you are not familiar with them, you might dismiss them as the "Haters" Facebook says they are, when all they are, are Conservatives.
It's why they're being banned.
"Virtually every prominent online personality who helped get Trump elected has now been banned on some or all social media platforms," Paul Joseph Watson wrote. "Do you think that this is a coincidence? Or is it a political purge?"
It's tough to know what "not to do" to avoid being booted off Facebook. The "Hate Agent" guidelines are a little murky.
Generally, if you praise, appear in a photo, or at an event with someone Mark Zuckerberg doesn't like, you'll definitely get bounced.
Confusingly, if you're neutral about people Zuckerberg considers "hateful," you could still be banned.
Watson was categorized as hateful for interviewing Tommy Robinson.
You really can't win, that is unless you're Anti-Trump, Anti-Israel, and Pro-Muslim. Then you're home free.
Can you go to Wikipedia to learn the unvarnished truth about who these people really are?
No. You can't.
Social media, media media, Liberals, Hollywood, Snopes and Wikipedia. They're not big fans of Conservatives. And they lie.
Wikipedia describes Watson as an "Alt-Right" conspiracy theorist;
Tommy Robinson and Brigitte Gabriel as anti-Islam activisits.
What isn't mentioned is that Tommy Robinson isn't "anti-Muslim." He's pro-Britain and against children being abused by Muslim men.
Robinson was arrested in 2018 for contempt of court after publishing a video of Muslim defendants entering court. The men were accused of child grooming, amid a series of child sex scandals, committed by gangs of mostly Muslim men.
In a country being overrun and terrorized by Muslim immigrants.
Gabriel's is a cautionary voice, warning about the threat posed by radical Islamic terrorism in America. And she's worth listening to.
But you wouldn't think so if you read WikiPedia.
Wikipedia created Gabriel's profile by quoting, not without considerable irony, the left-leaning Southern Poverty Center, Time, The New York Times, The Guardian, BuzzFeed and the Council on Islamic-American Relations, CAIR describing Gabriel's organization as,"one of the main sources of growing anti-Muslim bigotry in our nation."
It isn't. Gabriel lived through radical Islamic terrorism during the Lebanese Civil War, and she knows of which she speaks.
As Christians, she and her family were persecuted, but survived the radical, anti-Christian, anti-Jewish Islamic terrorism, by living in their basement for seven years.
They were saved when the Israeli army invaded Lebanon.
Gabriel said she was surprised at the humanity shown by the Israelis. All her life she had heard nothing but negative propaganda against Jews.
"I was amazed that the Israelis were providing medical treatment to Palestinians and Muslim gunmen," Gabriel said. "The Israelis did not see religion, political affiliation or nationality. They saw only people in need, and they helped."
Both sides. It's amazing what you learn when you hear both sides.
You may still dislike what you hear. You may dislike the messenger. You might dismiss both.
But the message should be allowed to be heard.
Zuckerberg and media giants wield great power.
This fact becomes especailly sobering when one contemplates what will happen when all Conservative voices are systematically expunged from social media in advance of the 2020 Presidential Election.
"They're not just banning people," Watson wrote about Facebook's new Hate Agent Policies. "They're dictating the opinions that everyone on the platform is allowed to have."
Exactly as is done to the people in Communist China.
