Five Finger Shopping

"Then there's 'The Sanders.' You buy the drink for $8 dollars, and we give it to someone who doesn't have one." Eric Hanson, Blue Water Grille, Wildwood, N.J., Trump Rally Drink Menu

Law and Order ain't what it used to be.

Look at all the crazy things that have been happening. Or could happen.

Nancy Pelosi could steal a $900 dollar tv set in her home town in California, and, because of laws and prosecutors there, couldn't get arrested to save her life.

Whereas President Trump is being impeached for doing nothing illegal.

It's enough to make a grown man cry.

And it's all because of Democrat/Liberal Social Justice Warriors, the folks who favor criminals, while letting American citizens swing in the breeze.

Some are in Congress, others run for local office, but all of them hate America, and lots of them are financed by George Soros, including Hillary Clinton.

Soros is the little devil who likes to gum up the works of countries, like ours, destabilizing them and replacing their leaders.

He's no fan of the United States, and is all for fundamentally transforming America, just like Obama was, but without the "slowing the rising of the oceans" thing.

Fooling around with a country's laws is a good place to start the transformation.

In Philadelphia it's being called the Krasner Effect.

In California, Proposition 47 is to blame. In both places, and others, "Progressive prosecutors" are doing it by ignoring the laws on the books.

In Philly, District Attorney Larry Krasner is a former defense and civil rights attorney who is determined to hardly-ever-prosecute criminals.

So is San Francisco prosecutor, Chesa Boudin, who, like Krasner, never prosecuted a case, and doesn't intend to.

Interestingly, in a way Rep. Ilhan Omar marrying her brother is interesting, Boudin was raised by Weather Underground radicals Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, while his parents were in jail for participating in the murder of police officers.

Guess who doesn't like cops?

Ironically Krasner also has a rich history with the police.

He sued them 75 times.

And his supporters chanted "F**k the FOP (the Fraternal Order of Police)" at his primary victory party, which pretty much sums up his approach to the law.

In Philadelphia, merchandise valued at less than $500 dollars was made punishable by fines instead of jail time, similar to Prop 47, which gave criminals the green light to steal whatever caught their fancy, as long as the price tag was less than $950 dollars.

It's what makes it such a delight to be a small businessman in these two cities.

"It's becoming a lifestyle for us now," California 7-Eleven franchise owner, Iassi Dhillon said, "because we can't do anything much, except take the loss." He was referring to shoplifting, which he says "is happening every day."

If you are one of the ones who pays taxes and doesn't defecate in the street, you'd better get used to taking it on the chin, because calling 911 doesn't work anymore.

Five-finger shopping is being called "survival crime," which, translated, means it's wrong to enforce laws against the poor, the homeless, and people of color when they steal stuff "for their basic human survival."

This is the opposite of Giuliani's "Broken Windows Theory," which advocated prosecuting low-level crimes in order to prevent them from escalating into bigger ones.

And it worked.

But deBlasio got rid of it, and adopted sanctuary city policies.

Protecting those who break our laws has far-reaching effects.

It can foster a Deep State coup to take down an elected president.

It can permit high-placed government officials to use their positions to line their pockets, practice anti-Semitism and eviscerate our Constitution.

And it can result in the death of an innocent American citizen.

Like Maria Fuentes.

This beautiful 92-year-old woman was beloved in her Queens community. But she was left to die on the sidewalk after an illegal immigrant sexually assaulted her on her way home.

The suspect, Reeaz Khan was in jail after an assault on his father, and was released without bail despite a request by Immigration and Customs Enforcement to hold him for deportation proceedings.

"We wanted him three months ago, before he did this," ICE Director Matthew Albence said. "If we had been able to cooperate with the NYPD, Maria Fuentes would be alive today."

Mayoral spokeswoman Freddi Goldstein tastelessly replied on behalf of the country's worst mayor: "Fear, hate & attempts to divide are signatures of the Trump Admin, not NYC."

Favoring criminals over innocent American citizens can have far-reaching effects.

It can even result in the impeachment of a president while he is busy fashioning a Middle East Peace Plan, on the 75th Anniversary of the liberation of the camp at Auschwitz.

Hold the line, America.
Where We Go One, We Go All
Stay strong, Patriots.
