They Touch Our Hearts

"Throw me to the wolves, and I will return leading the pack." Donald John Trump

The Democrats don't stand for much.

And true to their natures, they didn't stand at the State of the Union last night.

It's the way the Democrats act with anything having to do with Trump. But last night they were a tad bit more cross than usual, parading out their own worst selves.

They were grouchy, especially Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi. And predictably, Pelosi threw one of her tantrums.

...Muttering to herself behind the president as he delivered his speech.

...Ripping to shreds the signed copy of the president's speech.

But who can blame the girl? And the joyless Congress-persons? They've had a terrible few months.

Granted, most of it was of their own making. Impeaching the president.

And failing.

Messing up the Democrat Iowa Caucus vote-reporting.

And failing.

It's all very curious, but Very Democrat.

On Monday, Donna Brazile was on deck at FOX News to report on the Iowa Caucus. While there, she looked suspiciously uncomfortable.

It was the way she looked when she, Wasserman Schultz and Hillary got rid of Bernie the first time around.

She looked like she knew something, but wasn't telling, maybe that the Iowa Caucus was going to go sideways. But who knows.

It's hard to know what evil lurks in the hearts of men, although "The Shadow Used to Know," which, ironically is the name of the company which developed the "Iowa Voting-Reporting App That Didn't Work."

Apparently Shadow Inc. is lousy with Democrat operatives, who have ties to Obama and Hillary Clinton.

Former Obama campaign aide Tara McGowen is president and CEO of ACRONYM, an organization founded to help Democrat candidates with digital tools to help them win.

ACRONYM launched Shadow Inc., whose officers all worked for Hillary's 2016 presidential campaign.

And McGowen is married to Michael Halle, a strategist with Mayor Pete's campaign. The candidate who sort of won.

Ironically.

Iowa Democrats didn't have much to say about the glitch, and still don't, apparently unable to walk and chew gum at the same time.

They did indicate, however, that the meltdown was a "coding" problem, which goes to prove that despite Joe Biden's insistence that anyone can learn to code, some people can't.

Yes, it has been a terrible three years for the Democrats, working feverishly as they did to ruin and remove Trump, with many clever, albeit bogus, Deep State ploys.

Russia. Ukraine. Stormy Daniels. Nothing stuck.

And last night the president's recitation of his administration's "Obama-Couldn't-Do-It" accomplishments in the State of the Union address only served to rub salt in their wounds.

But it was Rush Limbaugh's stage four lung cancer that annoyed them the most.

The didn't stand. They averted their heads.

But the president awarded the radio talk show icon the Presidential Medal of Freedom anyway.

Strangely, those who didn't show up at the State of the Union, and those that did, but didn't stand, were fine when President Obama bestowed this honor upon the honorable VP Joe Biden.

They didn't balk when Obama called Biden "the best vice president America's ever had," and "a lion of American history."

But it's easy to see why they are vexed when Rush received the very same award.

Trump and Limbaugh are easy to hate, because they are the same kind of men.

They are men who are direct, honest and strong.

They are men who can suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, when others cannot.

They see us. They touch our hearts.

And, most importantly, it is impossible to imagine life without them.

Democrats wouldn't understand men like that.

Hold the line, America.
Where We Go One, We Go All
Stay strong, Patriots.
