The Democrat Tower of Babel

"Young son, holding a teddy bear: Dad, I''m considering a career in organized crime. Dad, reading the newspaper: Government or private sector?"

It's all fun and games until someone gets elected.

With a population of more than 327 million, you'd think the Democrats could come up with a viable candidate. At least one who doesn't lean toward Communism.

But they can't.

They're so desperate, they're even considering running Hillary, who lost big time, even with lots of fingers on the scale.

Sadly, Democrats have presidential candidates who aren't perfect.

Biden can't remember what office he is running for.

Warren can't stop lying.

Buttigieg figured that if a speech worked for Obama, it was good enough for him to plagiarize.

That left him plenty of time on the campaign trail to advise a 9-year-old boy in the audience on how to come out as gay, and a 7-year-old girl on the merits of abortion.

The problem is the Trump Economy is so good, Obama wants to claim credit for it, yet all the candidates say they can do it better than Trump.

But they can't.

During a Telemundo interview, Amy Klobuchur couldn't name the president of Mexico, one of our trade partners in USMCA. And then defended her ignorance.

"When that happened...I had been in the Senate all day..." she whined, adding she had an interview in Nevada that day...She attended two candidate forums...She didn't finish up til 3 a.m.

When Mayor Pete said he knew Mexico's president's name, a grouchy Klobuchar growled, "This isn't a game of Jeopardy."

But maybe it is.

She's a victim who wants to be president. And yet she can't compete with Energizer Bunny Trump, who made a Left Coast swing through Nevada, California, Colorado and Arizona;

Holding rallies in Las Vegas, Phoenix and Colorado Springs;

A fundraiser in Beverly Hills;

And a stop-off in LA to sign off on the 2028 Olympics.

Mini Mike was more talkative during last night's debate than last time around, but not any more likeable.

Not for the first time, he defended his loyaty to Xi Jinping, president of China, the country with whom he does most of his business, and makes most of his money.

"Xi Jinping is not a dictator," Bloomberg insisted, showing a curious lack of moxie about Communism for a 78-year-old business man. "He has to satisfy his constituents, or he's not going to survive."

And, Foot in Mouth, the former Republican defended his loyalty to the Democrat Party by disclosing that he spent millons to get Democrats elected to the House in 2018.

"All of the new Democrats that came in put Nancy Pelosi in charge, and gave the Congress the ability to control this president," he said.

"I bought...I got them," he said lamely.

Bloomberg and Bernie, by just being Bloomberg and Bernie, are showing what the Democrat Party really is all about.

In the past, the Democrat approach was exactly what The View's Joy Behar said it should be, when Beto O'Rourke left the race in disgrace.

"They should not tell everything they're going to do. If you're going to take people's guns away, wait until you get elected, then take the guns away."

After all, that is the Obama way.

This week, President Trump was working hard in India, while Democrats were hardly working.

This Monday, the Trump Administration covered the Coronavirus threat by requesting $2.5 billion dollars from Congress.

Democrats said it wasn't enough. That Obama did Ebola better.

House Democrats labeled the request "insufficient."

Sen. Chuck Schumer called it "indicative of his (Trump's) towering incompetence."

And Sen. Mitt was disappointed.

As Schumer has cautioned before, "You take on the Intelligence Community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you."

Not that the Intelligence Community is involved here.

But yesterday, Dr. Nancy Messonnier, from the CDC, said something that could only serve to cause panic. She said Americans should brace themselves for the spread of the Coronavirus across the U.S.

"It's not so much a question of if this will happen anymore," Dr. Messonnier said, "but rather more of a question of exactly when this will happen."

"Disruption to everyday life might be severe," Messonnier added, advising parents to inquire about school closure plans, businesses to consider telecommuting options, and the avoidance of communal gatherings.

And the media ran with it.

Surprisingly, this CDC professional seemed to be implying that our president. Her president. Wasn't doing enough.

But what was far more surprising is that the Good Doctor is former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein's sister.

Rosenstein's the guy who volunteered to wear a wire to secretly record the president in an effort to oust him from office, by invoking the 25th Amendment, and proving the president was unable to discharge the duties of the office.

Unhappily, it looks like it's the Russian Collusion all over again. Using this threat to American health for Democrat political purposes.

Hold the line, America.
Where We Go One, We Go All
Stay strong, Patriots.
