In the days before "Political Correctness," people like Obama, the Clintons and John Kerry would have been called crackpots.

The scary part is that they are the highest ranking officials in our government, and they're calling the shots.

Take Secretary of State Kerry's latest hijinks. He hates saying "Islamic terrorists," so he doesn't. None of them want to say it, from Obama on down to Hillary. So they don't.

But last week, Kerry came up with an easy fix for ISIL, and laid out the idea to a crowd in Bangladesh. I'm sure they were fascinated. He and Obama always make their best policy statements while in foreign countries.

"The media should stop reporting on terrorism, so people don't know what's going on," Kerry explained.

          That's what he said.

Why someone didn't think of that sooner, I have no idea. Communist countries and dictatorships have been doing it for years.

It's called the "Ignorance is Bliss" policy, also referred to as "The Heck with the U.S. Constitution" policy.

And they do it so artlessly.

Small print and release on a Labor Day weekend. That's the way the FBI decided to go with issuing the "summary" of Hillary's interview with the FBI. That's the one that wasn't taped, had no transcript and which the FBI director didn't attend.

But don't jump to conclusions. There is no subterfuge, no skullduggery here.

Eight BlackBerrys and five iPads later, Hillary doesn't remember much of anything," 39 times not remembering, according to the report.

She wants you to "not remember, too," and the FBI feels the same way.

What's legal and what isn't. The Department of Justice can't answer that question and neither can the FBI.

Is it strange? Is it unfair? You betcha', but that's only because people like you and me don't understand how the system works.

Hillary destroyed evidence and certainly looked like she meant to. But the FBI said she didn't.

The gal hit the e-mail delete button, used BleachBit, and took a hammer to smash her BlackBerrys, all while under House subpoena to preserve her government records.

          Or somebody did, she claims.

She can't remember. It's because of her concussion, the report reports, because of her blood clots, because of her overall ill health.

She can't recall receiving briefings on preserving documents, and not only can't remember, but doesn't understand the whole security thingie, she says coyly.

I know. She's an attorney. She held the third highest office in our government, and now wants to be president. But even with all that, she insists she didn't know what was going on, so take her word for it. The FBI and DOJ did.

And apparently she wasn't curious enough to find out what "Confidential," "Classified," and "Be-careful-this-is-a-secret-and-better-not-get-out" meant.

Why would she? It's only her job. And besides, what difference does it make?

Some might say, "Did she get her law license from Sears and Roebuck, but that would be mean.

No, the FBI concluded that there simply was no evidence that Clinton and her staff were intentional in their actions, a requirement that is not in the statute, but what the heck.

Well, Rudy Giuliani's not buying it. And he ought to know.

A former assistant attorney general under President Reagan, and U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Rudy has sent a lot crooks up the river, some of them white collar criminals.

Comey fabricated the "intent" requirement, Rudy points out. But if there was an intent requirement, destroying records, throwing a gun away, "This is what a prosecutor uses as proof of intent."

          Makes sense.

And by the way, Rudy wondered why the FBI didn't go further with their questioning. We did, too.

"She thought the 'C' on documents indicated they were alphabetical," said Giuliani. "Why didn't they ask her, did you see any 'A's,' any 'B's?'"

Why didn't the FBI use a time line? Clinton was briefed by the CIA about security protocol before her brain injury, Rudy says, and she destroyed government documents while under subpoena to preserve them.

Lawlessness is never pretty. There are even laws against it. Ask Martha Stewart. It got her in a lot of hot water.

Martha was found guilty of obstruction of justice, not insider trading.

She landed in jail because she altered company records to conceal her role in the event, and because she lied to federal prosecutors.

          Sound familiar?

So how then is Hillary skating through without an orange jump suit?

And how is it that one of her staffers was granted immunity, and the guys who serviced her server are taking the Fifth when appearing before Congress about the e-mail debacle?

And how come most of the people involved didn't even have security clearance?

It's the way the system works under Obama and Hillary.

"Nothing to see here; move on," says the FBI.

"I've never known anyone more fit for the office of the president than Hillary Clinton," says the president.

"You leave us alone. We're the Clintons," says Bill.

But "The sky is falling," says Henny Penny.

Yes, Henny, but it's the law according to Clinton, Obama, the FBI and the Department of Justice.

And only an election can change it.

         Hold the line, America.
