One of the stated goals of the Olympics is "promoting a peaceful society concerned with the preservation of human dignity."
With that in mind, Chelsea Wolfe, a transgender BMX Freestyle rider decided her goal was to "burn a U.S. flag" at the Olympic podium.
She hates it. The flag. And this country. But so does New York Times editorial board member and MSNBC analyst Mara Gay.
People who love America, Gay feels, really "just love whiteness."
When Gay said she saw American flags out on Long Island, the sight insulted and upset her.
"Essentially the message was clear," Gay said. It said to her, "'This is my country. This is not your country. I own this."
She's that nutty.
Remember. Oh, please remember. Gay is the gal who, with Brian Williams snidely said that Michael Bloomberg could have taken the $500 million he spent on presidential ads, and been able to give each of the U.S. population of 367 million, a million dollars each.
She's that stupid.
These un-American whackos should be put somewhere, like Brian Williams, where we don't have to ever hear from them again.
And they should leave our flag alone.
