Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz is a gutsy guy, who can think on his feet, and doesn't pull any punches.
He looked like presidential material and wasn't afraid to expose Democrats when it was needed, and that's exactly what got him in trouble and when the "smear campaign" against him began.
The FBI said he was being investigated, but then we never heard another word about it. But it worked. Gaetz was sidelined.
This week he made a comeback, questioning Gen. Milley before a House Panel on Afghanistan.
"You seem to be very happy failing over there, but if we didn't have a president that was so addled, you all would be fired," Gaetz said, "because that is what you deserve."
"You have let down the people who wear the uniform in my district and all around this country. And you’re far more interested in what your perception is and how people think about you in insider Washington books than you care about winning, which this group seems incapable of doing,” he concluded.
It's nice for the American people to hear that from one of their Congressmen.
