Sure, maybe there are 2,352 people have been shot in Chicago so far this year, but that's not important. What is important is the pay raise Lightfoot has asked for to keep up with the cost of living.
Now she could help cut inflation by sending Joe an e-mail and telling him he must release the energy that the U.S. has, but which Joe has cut off.
But that would mean that she'd be doing her job. And that she knew that inflation wasn't caused by the pandemic. Or Russia. It was caused by Joe Biden and her Party.We know she's not going to do that. But she is going to get what she deserves.
After all, Lightfoot needs a 5 percent bump up, to increase her pay to $227,020. That'll help pay for the haircuts she said she needed to have during the pandemic, because she said, "I'm a person who, I take my personal hygiene very seriously."
