I wouldn't insult anyone's kid for the world. But the news that Ivanka and Jared won't be in D.C. when The Donald is elected, made me happy.

Your kids shouldn't ever be part of your work life. And especially Ivanka and Jared. As "senior advisors" to the president, they were reported to have given Trump some of the worst advice of his presidency.

They may have voted Republican, but they remained liberal Democrats in their hearts.

That's hard for a father to realize. And it pains me to say it. But happily Ivanka has announced, "This time around, I am choosing to prioritize my young children and the private life we are creating as a family."

That makes us happy for everyone.
