Any District Attorneys except Kim Foxx, of Jussie  Smollett fame, and Alvin Bragg, Trump's prosecutor, would have Sen. Chuck Schumer up on charges, not for the lies which he tells, which are many, but for the threats that he believes he can make.

When Schumer threatened Supreme Court Justices, and Trump and Tucker Carlson, two out of three of the threats could be regarded as "assaults," which are felonies.

Schumer is used to spewing his lies and attacks from the floor of the Senate. There his words are protected. But once his words are delivered anywhere else, he can be accused of inciting violence.

Like when Justice Brett Kavanaugh almost lost his life because Chuck felt he could shoot off his mouth.
