We're all for having confidence that never quits. Believing in the American dream. Thinking that every gal and guy can become president. 

Of course, when it comes to running for president, anything can happen.

New York Gov. Thomas Dewey was a popular candidate who, as prosecutor, pursued the Mafia and successfully prosecuted Mafia boss Lucky Luciano. Harry Truman wasn't that popular, but defeated Dewey in the 1948 presidential election.

The Chicago Tribune had to change their front page, which read Dewey Defeats Truman.

Even so, do you think former governors Chris Christie, Nikki Haley and Asa Hutchinson have... maybe too much confidence in themselves? Even we can see it from the sidelines.
