To have a lawsuit, you have to have had a harm. A car hit your car. You tripped and fell on a defendant's defective sidewalk. Donald Trump's trial in New York City isn't one of those. The Donald is accused of inflating the value of his properties to secure bank loans.

The problem is that no banks were defrauded. No bank complained about any Trump real estate transaction, or sued him. In all instances, the properties in question were deliberately misevaluated by the court. In most, loans were paid off early, and all were paid in full.

The frightening thing is, despite there being no actionable case, Trump was indicted and put on trial anyway.

The other frightening thing is, tomorrow, this could happen to you.

Vote wisely, and question the voting machine integrity in your town. The wolf is at the door.
